Li and Zhou have creatively repurposed scrap fabrics from their previous lines, mainly the Spring 2022 collection, along with other unused materials found in their studio. This approach has led to the reinvention of classic elements of the Chinese wardrobe. For instance, the Mao suit is reimagined in purple and dark blue, featuring reworked silhouettes, inserts, and decorations. The design duo skillfully balances harmony and contrast in their creations, evident in the coats and separates where contrasting tones are often used.
