Nadia Lee Cohen, celebrated for her exploration of contemporary womanhood in her book Women, has launched a unique limited-edition project. This inventive endeavor brings to life the set-ups for her previously photographed scenes in the form of dynamic flipbooks.
Coinciding with Photo London, the LA-based British photographer has constructed an intimate, three-seater cinema within Dover Street Market. This space features projections of her films, alongside an exclusive collection of flipbooks encased in three distinctive gold boxes, each representing the city where the films were shot: London, New York, and Los Angeles.
At a price of £125 GBP per box or £300 GBP for the full set, these coveted flipbooks are available only at Dover Street Market London and online via IDEA. The collection serves as a testament to Cohen’s innovative approach to the moving image in her work, inviting audiences to engage with her art in a new, tactile way.
