Kenzo presents its Fall/Winter 2021 collection with very colorful pieces and patterns. It really stands out from the rest of fashion brands because it uses amazing and very singular silhouettes with huge volumes, many different layers of fabrics, sheer colors and strange shapes that create an other-worldly aesthetic.
This season, designed by Felipe Oliveira Baptista, artistic director of the brand since the summer of 2019, pays tribute to the brand’s founder Kenzo Takada by evoking his presence through intuitive ideas.
“Intuition is a banned word at fashion houses these days. It’s as if there’s no space for it. But there was a lot of that in him.”
Felipe Oliveira Baptista, Kenzo’s Artistic Director
