The lovestory between DVSM and Gosha Rubchinskiy gave birth a book named “Youth Hotel” two months ago; and now, a capsule line of greatest hits from the Russian designer and photographer. This is a compilation of Gosha’s most iconic tees, hoodies and sweatpants spawned during the past two years.
The post-Soviet youth culture references became a signature style for the designer, and although we have a good selection of staples from the brand (including the Paccbeth and the Angel chasing the Devil tees), they’re some missing pieces like the punk-reinterpretation of 90’s Tommy Hilfiger tees, and the infamous checkered coat.
The hype for Gosha’s graphic tees and sweatshirts is real: once a collection arrives to the stores it disappear the second after and reappears on eBay with an inflated price; and this occasion will not be an exception. So hurry up and take a look at the collection in Dover Street Market’s locations (London and New York), and it’s e-shop.
